Terms of Service & EULA

Welcome to Blunderr Dating. By creating an account or using our mobile application, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("EULA").

1. Age Requirement (Strictly 18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use Blunderr Dating. By using the app, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Code of Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

Blunderr Dating enforces a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content, abuse, and harassment (Apple Guideline 1.2). You agree NOT to:

• Upload explicit nude imagery, hate speech, violent content, or non-consensual media.
• Harass, stalk, intimidate, scam, or solicit money from other users.
• Impersonate any person or publish false identity details.
• Use the service for commercial escort services, prostitution, or commercial promotion.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate permanent account suspension and device banning without refund.

3. Reporting & Moderation

Every profile, chat, and photo includes reporting features. Our safety team acts on reports within 24 hours. Content or profiles found violating our guidelines will be permanently removed.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Virtual coins, VIP Passes, and Super Likes are consumable digital items.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period via App Store or Play Store settings.
• Refunds are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Blunderr Dating provides an online matching service. We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline. Blunderr is not liable for any personal injury, emotional distress, or financial loss resulting from user interactions.
