Welcome to Blunderr Dating ("Blunderr", "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with global data protection laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, GDPR, and CCPA.

1. Information We Collect

To provide matching, verification, and chat services, we collect:

• Account Information: Phone number, gender, date of birth, display name, and bio.
• Media & Profile Content: Profile photographs uploaded to your account.
• 3D Biometric Liveness Verification: Camera images processed strictly for catfish/deepfake elimination. Biometric vector data is minimized and retained only for verification auditing.
• Location Data: Real-time GPS location (with explicit permission) to calculate relative match distances.
• Audio & Voice Data: Audio clips for encrypted Virtual Chai calls and voice notes.
• Technical Data: Device ID, IP address, OS version, and push notification tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To discover, rank, and present compatible dating matches.
• To verify account authenticity and prevent spam, harassment, and catfish profiles.
• To process optional VIP passes, super likes, and in-app coin transactions.
• To comply with statutory legal obligations and respond to law enforcement requests.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

We share minimal data only with trusted infrastructure providers:

• Hetzner Cloud & AWS: Encrypted database and server hosting.
• Cloudflare R2: Secure encrypted media asset storage.
• Twilio: SMS and WhatsApp OTP dispatch.
• Apple / Google Play / Cashfree: Payment processing.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your profile data as long as your account is active. You have the absolute right to delete your account at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Go to Profile Settings > Account > Delete Account inside the mobile app.
• Web Deletion Request: Submit an instant deletion request at blunderr.in/delete-account.

Upon deletion, all profile photos, matches, chat messages, and location records are permanently purged within 30 days, except where law requires minimal audit log retention.

5. Security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (HTTPS / WSS). Sensitive data, payment logs, and chat messages are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption.
